This is an artwork bill of sale model which will be used as a transaction record for the artist/the trafficker and therefore the those who purchase the artwork. It acts as a written agreement where it will offer both parties information about what artwork that has been sold-out, to whom, when and for what price. This document also should be useful for tax preparation if needed.
Since an artwork includes a copyright, it should be clearly declared in this model that “copyright and reproduction rights are reserved by the artist”. This written statement can inform the buyer that they're privy to the artwork copyright, and can not doing an unauthorized reproduction without permission or paying further copyright fees.
